Processing principles of 917 series of copper wire crusher :

1. Water high-strength crusher

①. First crush the materials into particles, such as copper particles and plastic particles, till the diameter of the particles is 2MM-8MM generally.

. Water injection is conducive to cool off the crushed materials to prevent chemical reaction from overheating, such as plastic stick on the copper core.

2. Shaker

①. By the principle of different proportion of metal (copper) and non-metal (plastic), metal usually sinks faster in water, while non-metal such as plastic can float on the water.

②. Heavier materials such as metal (copper) can sink on the shaker surface, and flow to the top of the end along the grooves on shaker surface; while lighter non-metallic materials float on the grooves by water washing and flow to the bottom of the shaker or the end.

③. Working way of the shaker: reciprocating motion of the shaker surface, and water washing by branch pipes on the surface.
