You should know well about the performance and features of this machine before operation.
1. First cut the cable connector when feeding materials to avoid chipping of the blade. Adjust the machine before operation, do not start the motor when adjusting, roll the belt by hands, feed materials into corresponding hole, after materials come out by axes delivering, inspect the separation condition of the copper and rubber, and If broken wires happen or no copper is exposed after part of the rubber is separated, please note the following two cases:
(1. Adjust the pressure of screws on both sides of the blade axis; 2. Check whether materials are placed in wrong hole.)
2. If the materials out can often be separated, tighten the screws of each part (so as not to loose the screws when operation and cause difficult work). Then start the motor in turn, identify the location of the holes and feed materials one by one.
3. This machine is relatively more complex than other machines in regulation, if properly adjusted, it is easy to handle and works with great efficiency.
4. The adjustment and grinding of the blades are key for this machine, so the blades should usually be removed for grinding generally every three to five days in normal work, When grinding, the blade thickness should be the same as the original size, and the blade edge should be grinded in a straight line as far as possible (easy to adjust). As the blade edge is wide, it is appropriate to grind it on the cross plane of grinding wheel. After grinding, both edges of the blade should be grinded by the application of specific Whetstone along the blade direction to moderate.
5. When blade installation, take away the upper axis to check the position of the lower axis, and place the blade 3mm to 4mm away from the axis center of ( small hole for material feeding), and 6mm to smm away from the axis center of large hole for material feeding, lock adjusting screws on both sides to fix the blade, check the gap between the whole line of the blade and the lower axis, and adjust the screws under both sides of the lower axis until the gap is generally between 0.4mm to 0.6mm. After gap adjustment, squeeze the blade horizontally and vertically. Make sure the position of MS screw in the blade, then tighten it up and down, and fix all the other parts for operations after proper testing.
